| Mô tả công việc: | • Play important role in the establishment of the credit control system • Ensure that debts are collected in a timely • Follow up and coordinate with Sale department to contact with customer by phone, email or letter to customers for reminder the payment schedule • Maintain accurate records of all chasing activity, following up outstanding payment with Sale and related departments. • Maintaining Aged debts and proactively monitoring invoice collections. • Check and classify the bad debt to propose superior for making provision • Provide solution to superior for solving the problem related with cash collection and bad debt • Other duties as delegated from time to time by the department manager and Chief Account. • Special Projects and tasks outside of the above framework as required • Checking and follow up the condition of contract and report from Installation, Maintenance department for issuing the invoice to speed up collection. • Prepare and update the collection plan report daily, weekly, monthly, next 3 months plan. • Weekly meeting with Commercial Corporate division for reporting and updating about actual cash collection and action plan for next coming weeks. • Daily input data collection in ACC.Net system (accounting system) • Daily arrangement staff to collect money from customers • Monitoring and delegation tasks to AR staffs |

| Yêu cầu khác: | • At least 3 years experiences of credit control supervisor position, familiar with accounts procedures, customer accounts, preferably having worked within a property / construction environment and has an understanding of invoicing and payment term of agreements. • Proficiency on software programmers including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. • Ability to understand, interpret and analyze numerical information. • Can be work with high pressure environment and willing to work overtime (for month end or special report) • English is fluent both writing and speaking (especially speaking with foreigner) • Graduated from University or college (finance and accounting major is advantaged) |
